Panels and Workshops
SMOFcon 37 will have the traditional panels and workshops starting Friday monring with workshops, and then a mix of workshops and panels Friday afternoon and during the day on Saturday and Sunday.
Workshop List (details about workshops are available on the schedule above). Workshops require advance registration as space is limited. If any online workshop shows as full please email firstname.lastname@example.org as we've reserved seats for email sign ups and also provide a waitlist.

Community Experience Exchange
Come meet our groups of experienced conrunners covering all different areas and ask them your specific questions! Share your knowledge! Get to know other members of the convention in an informal and social setting. This event and the Poster Session are in the same large function space without a divider for the evening. They are complementary events intended to happen at the same time.

An opportunity for seated conventions, and fan-run nonprofit conventions within about 450 miles of Albuquerque, and bids for Worldcons, NASFiCs, Westercons, and SMOFCons to share information about themselves to the members of SMOFCon 37 and anyone else who happens by.
For those unfamiliar with the kind of posters needed for a poster session, we have created a sample based on Bubonicon 52.

Fannish Inquisition or Question Time
On Saturday evening, we will hold our traditional time for bids for future SMOFCon, Worldcons and NASFiCs. This is our usual highlight event, and will mostly be run as it has been in the recent past with written questions through our able moderators.
Groups wishing to present at the Fannish Inquisition will be required to have a representitive at the participants meeting earlier on Saturday, so be sure to check the final schedule. If you have any questions about this or anything else, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
